1. Regular Cleaning:

   • Vacuuming: Use a soft brush attachment to vacuum the sofa fabric gently. This helps remove dust and dirt from the fabric.
   • Brushing: Use a soft clothes brush to gently brush the fabric in the direction of the nap (the direction in which the fibers naturally lie).

2. Spot Cleaning:

   • Immediate Action: Blot any spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub, as this can push the stain deeper into the fabric.
   • Mild Detergent Solution: Mix a small amount of mild detergent with water. Dampen a cloth with the solution and gently dab the stained area. Avoid soaking the fabric.
3. Ironing:
   • Avoid Direct Contact: Do not iron directly, as the heat can damage the cloth.
4.  General Tips:
   • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade the color of sofa fabric.
   • Keep Away from Heat Sources: Heat can damage the fabric, so keep the sofa away from radiators or heaters.
5. Washable Fabric: Our Fabric are Sutiable for Machine you can remove the outer zip Fabric wash in your washing machine in delicate mode, use mild Detergent..
6. Beware: PU Moulded Foam are not washable or do not soak the foam in Water or any liquid.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

   • All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays
   • Estimated Delivery time for custom made sofa is 12 to 15 Working Days. 
   • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call.

2. Shipping Rates 

   • No Shipping Charges for wooden Sofa Cushions. 
   • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

   • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s).

4. Damages

   • Please take an unpacking video at the time of your product delivery for proof of damage in transit. without proof of video, we cannot accept your damage claim. 
   • Please verify the damages and check the product at the time of delivery Do not accept if the package is tampered or opened conditions

5. No Return Policy

   No Returns, or Refunds. Only Replacement on Conditions.

   • All sales are final for custom-made Products like Wooden sofa cushion sofas, armchairs, dining tables, dining chairs, and lounge chairs. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
   • Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
   • Product replacement is only applicable if the item is received in a damaged condition and reported within 24 hours of delivery, with an unpacking video as proof.

Warranty:

• Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty: Information about the Limited warranty provided by the manufacturer.
• 5 years warranty for the seat and back foams.

No Physical damage warranty Please refer to our Warranty Policy. 

This limited warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight).
• No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
• No Warranty for the frame broken due to overweight seating. 

• 5-year warranty on PU moulded foam, applicable only if sagging exceeds 2 inches during the warranty period.

• Buyer Should contact us before sending or claiming for warranty. 
• Buyer Should courier the old sagged PU Moulded foam to get the replacement.
